Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase! However, if your purchase is not as you expected or you've had a change in mind, you may be eligible for store credit in exchange for the returned item. (*we do not offer refunds*)

To be eligible for store credit, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Reason for return

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please do so by sending us an email at contact@heroseagainofficial.com

In your email please Include the following:

Email subject line: Defective Item and #OrderNumber 

  • Your full name and phone number
  • Your mailing address
  • A brief description and photos showing the defected item
  • Upon receiving your email, our team will review it and provide you with the next steps on how to proceed. If our company authorizes it, you may send the item back to us for physical inspection, without this guaranteeing that the return will proceed. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. The product must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving our email response.

Condition of Items

  • Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied by ALL their original packaging including stickers and jewelry accessories.

 Return Shipping Fees

  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost otherwise the customer is responsible for the returns shipping cost.

 

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process all requests.
Please Note: *Refunds are only offered if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect/fault, and we are unable to provide a replacement due to the item being out of stock.*

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
